This new 70 m² flat, located on the 2ᵉ floor of the Campanule residence in Courchevel Moriond, offers a pleasant view of the valley. It comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 2 children thanks to its three large bedrooms, bright living room and modern amenities. Access to the free Petit Moriond gondola is a short walk from the ski room exit.
Bedrooms
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms. One has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC. A second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size, while the third is furnished with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). A further shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC and heated towel rail complete the ensemble.
Indoors
The flat has been designed with families and friends in mind, with a large central living room that extends into a dining area. The living areas are light and airy, with a recently completed interior that is both simple and tasteful. The lounge is equipped with a connected TV and opens onto the balcony via large picture windows.
Outdoors
The living room opens onto a large balcony where you can enjoy the view over the valley.
You have access to a covered parking space in the residence's underground car park.

The flat is located on the 2ᵉ floor, without lift, of a family residence in the Courchevel Moriond area (Courchevel 1650). The free Petit Moriond cable car is just a few metres away, providing direct access to the ski area as soon as you leave the skiroom.
