Discover Chalet Alpea, located in the hamlet of Caseblanche in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville. With direct access to the slopes and accommodating up to eight people, this chalet offers a comfortable setting for mountain lovers. Enjoy its four bedrooms and private sauna. Its location, just 50 metres from the Saint Martin cable car, provides easy access to the 3 Vallées ski area.


Bedrooms

Master bedroom no. 1 en suite with double bed (160x200 cm), dressing room, and private balcony with mountain views. En suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink, separate WC.
Bedroom 2 en suite with double bed (160x200 cm), cupboards, large bathroom with bathtub and double sink. Separate toilet between the two bedrooms.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are en suite with their own shower rooms and WCs, each with two twin beds (80x200 cm) and cupboards. Balcony with mountain views in front of both bedrooms.


Indoors 

The chalet uses mountain materials such as old wood and Arpin wool, combined with modern amenities for a pleasant stay.

The main floor offers a well-lit cathedral-style living room, a fireplace, and an open kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, and espresso machine.

The cinema room with a giant screen is located on level +1.

The bedrooms, on the lower levels, are comfortable and have balconies with mountain views.


Outdoors 

The chalet has balconies offering pleasant views of the surrounding mountains. The living room balcony extends on two sides, ideal for relaxing.


Staff & Services

The stay includes several convenient services. In winter, linen is provided and beds are made on arrival. Intermediate cleaning ensures cleanliness during your stay. WIFI is included, as well as an underground parking space.


Location

Located in the hamlet of Caseblanche, the chalet is ideally situated with direct access to the slopes and 50 metres from the Saint Martin cable car. This proximity makes it easy to access the 3 Vallées ski area.
A sports shop and a mountain brasserie are just a few steps away, adding to the convenience of your stay.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Amount of security deposit : 2 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization upon arrival on check-in day

- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
