The chalet spans three levels, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional charm.

On the main level, the fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine will delight home cooking enthusiasts. The dining area and lounge, with a TV offering English channels, open onto a 14 m² terrace, perfect for sunbathing.

The lower level houses three bedrooms, one with a TV area and desk, ideal for children or guests. This level also includes a separate bathroom and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

At the top, the master en-suite bedroom provides a luxurious space with a double bed, modern shower, toilet, and dressing area. The entire chalet is designed to offer comfort and privacy, with decorative choices adding a touch of elegance and softness.


Outdoors 

The 14 m² terrace is one of the chalet's highlights. Oriented to capture the sun, it is perfect for relaxing outdoor moments. With enough space for a morning coffee or an evening drink, it offers stunning views of the surrounding alpine landscape.
