Room 2 - Chambre 2 :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also office table.

Room 3 - Chambre 3 :
Room, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Note: Bedrooms 1 and 2 do not have windows facing outwards.


Indoors 

The entrance hall has storage space. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fitted with a dishwasher. A utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, and an iron is provided. The flat has Wi-Fi.

A ski locker with a boot dryer is available in the residence.

Access to the residence’s spa, fitness centre and massage rooms is included in the amenities.


Outdoors 

A 36 m² terrace, facing both south and west, extends the apartment.

There are two parking spaces in the residential complex, one of which has an electric charging point. The maximum height for the car park is 2 m.
