Result of a remarkable renovation, this 71m2 property welcomes you in a warm atmosphere of wood and wood panelling (on the floor, walls and ceiling). With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people.
In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms, you'll find an entrance hall (with plenty of wooden cupboards for storing ski boots and clothes), a living room - dining area (with a double sofa bed that converts into a bed for 2 people) and a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room (with a large pass-through bar and double work surfaces, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, etc.). 
There is also a generous south-facing balcony that face the Grande-Motte massif.
