Chalet du Prarion

In summary

The chalet was designed by reknowned architect Wilmotte. The chalet is located in Les Houches, 10 minutes from Chamonix, with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc to the South/Southeast and splendid views of the Chamonix peaks to the East. Right behind the chalet it is the Prarion, and facing West is the Montagne Parmonaz.

Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. , with bathtub. This bedroom includes also hair dryer.

Indoors

- Living room:
Sofas with wall-mounted TV, large library, glass fireplace, wood stove (with an insert that allows you to quickly heat the whole house) and 1 large antique Chinese table.

- Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso, toaster and more.

Dining area with dining table seating 14 people.

The whole house is heated by underfloor heating. Each bathroom is a heated by towel warmers.


Location

The chalet is located in the town of Les Houches in a place called "Les Chavants." It is located 150 metres from the Prarion ski lift.
Only 25 metres from the chalet is an excellent daycare facility for children, a ski school for kids, climbing and several tennis courts.
There is also a spa and a swimming pool in the residence which is located only 100 metres from the chalet.
On the other side, there are a few shops, ski rental companies and the Prarion ski lift which are only 150 metres away.
