In summary

A detached chalet measuring 326 m², situated in the Rond-Point des Pistes area of Méribel, just a short walk from the ‘Les Grands Chalets des Pistes’ residence, built in 2021. It is spread over four floors, served by a lift, and accommodates up to thirteen people in seven bedrooms, including a cabin-style bedroom and a separate studio. It offers views of the ski area and the mountain peaks.

Room 1 - Chambre 1 :
Room. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub. WC in the bathroom.

Room 2 - Chambre 2 :
Room, direct access to the terrace. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 3 - Chambre 3 :
Room, direct access to the terrace. Bathroom shared, with 2 washbasins, bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also balcony.

Room 4 - Chambre 4 :
Room, direct access to the terrace. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also office area, balcony.

Note: All four bedrooms have a double bed. The fifth bedroom is a windowless cubicle with a bunk bed (sleeps two).


Indoors 

The second floor comprises the living room, with a fireplace, and the kitchen, which opens onto the dining room. The third level, a mezzanine, includes a TV lounge, a study and a toilet.

The ground floor comprises the entrance hall, a guest toilet, a ski storage room with a boot dryer, a games room with table football and a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The chalet also has a dishwasher, an iron and Wi-Fi.


Outdoors 

The first floor opens onto a garden and a terrace, accessible from bedrooms 4 and 5. The master bedroom has a balcony.

Six parking spaces, two of which have charging points, are reserved within the residence.
